Expressive Yoga™ is a unique and fluid practice designed to ignite your create energy while embracing the natural flow of life's waves, turbulence, and freedom. Experience a vibrant fusion of the ancient practice of yoga and Jaime's expressive movement.

This yoga form is created for the movement seeker of all ages and body types - it engages the soul and body in a healing and harmonious practice of rediscovery and reconnection with our inner source of power and inspiration. There is a big emphasis on circular and undulating movement, done slowly with deep sounding of the breath.  Expressive yoga is beginner friendly and very healing, like a white wash for the spirit.

Jaime is also a proud ambassador for Lululemon, an athletic yoga wear company that embodies and promotes the spirit of yoga through its community efforts, environmental standards, and unique approach to creating useful product for yoginis worldwide.

All classes are held in Las Vegas, Nevada.

7- 8:30p Expressive Yoga™ held at Desert Bloom Community Clubhouse in Summerlin. This class is donation based and is open to all residents and their guests. Beginners are welcome!

SATURDAYS

10:30a - 12:00 noon~ Expressive Yoga™ at Barefoot Sanctuary/ $12 drop in class. Meet at the juice bar just 10 minutes before class to settle in and connect. Located inside Whole Foods Market @ Town Square, Las Vegas.
