Jaime Tam ... Heal and Inspire! She is a spiritual yoga instructor, talented painter-artist and ethnic fusion dancer who dedicates her artistry to evoking creativity and peace worldwide. She specializes in Expressive Yoga, a healing & unique practice she has coined as Serpentine Asana Flow. This organic form of Yoga highlights a restorative and creative form of movement that she has designed in addition to her Sacred Dance Fusion & Tribal Trance Dance style and methodology.

Jaime Tam also professionally performs Polynesian Fire dance, combining West African, Middle Eastern and Serpentine dance styles. Her performances are Sacred in that they exhibit tales of love and emotive release, catharsis and indigenous exploration.

Jaime Tam is a prolific painter with an extraordinary portfolio of figurative/ abstract renditions on canvas. Her paintings have adorned many studios, restaurants, hotels and homes here in Las Vegas, and beyond. Her paintings are known for their punctuating energy and Goddess forms.

Barefoot Sanctuary Open 1 year!

Barefoot Sanctuary opened in March of 2009 and is a sacred little community studio that is flowing and growing with all walks of life.  Thank you for all the specialness you bring to the space. We are delighted to host classes and workshops on Expressive Yoga & Dance, Acrofit, Drum & Chant, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Handstand Class, Meditation, Qigong and more! Expressive Yoga™ Teacher Training

Thank you and Namaste to all the yoginis who indulged in the July Expressive Yoga Teacher Training of 2010. The circle of enlightenment was a real inspiration. Our next Expressive Yoga™ Certification Course  will most likely be offered in the fall of 2011, so stay tuned in for details. We may host this next training in the Philippines for a blend of island love, education and creative awakening! Life without a cell phone!

I am approaching almost 2 years now without the use of a cell phone.  Its been the best restorative vacation ever and although challenging at times, I am finding myself living in the moment and learning patience and divine timing more than ever.  Does this mean I am unreachable?  No*.  I have a land line (Skype) that I utilize daily.  I check messages when home, concentrated and relaxed rather than on the road driving or juggling multiple conversations.  Simplify, it feels good!
